The Clark Center Association

Providing quailty entertainment to the people of our community

The Clark Center Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to support and promote the performing and cultural arts for the enjoyment, entertainment and education of our community.

The Association strives to:

Ensure the quality operation of the Clark Center for the Performing Arts.  Along with the Lucia Mar Unified School District and the Clark Center Foundation, the Association strives to maintain a quality facility and operation.

Bring a variety of quality, professional touring shows at affordable prices.  With the assistance of an Entertainment Committee and a Focus group, staff seeks out talent from around the world to build an exciting, eclectic and informative season.  At the same time, sponsors are secured to ensure that ticket prices remain affordable.

Support local art organizations.  Many community groups and school sponsored groups use the Clark Center for performances throughout the year.  Staff and volunteers assist all organizations by providing ushers, concessions and box office support.

Provides educational opportunites through the arts for the benefit of our children and community.  Often when artists travel to the area to perform, they offer outreach programs, public events and master classes.  This opportunity provides an exciting and educational experience for students and community members.
