History of the Foundation More than 25 years ago a group of interested citizens conceived a dream . . . Under our unique partnership with the School District, the Clark Center Foundation, which initially raised the funds to build the Center, has taken on the creation of an Endowment Fund to maintain the Center in perpetuity.
